I tried a new topper this year! Here's a close up.

These are the bags I made to put "Muddy Buddies" in for the Bike Patrol families.


I like taking pictures of my decorations every year because I'm always changing them, especially the centerpieces!

This is a bad picture from my phone but it shows how Spence changed the lights to two blue and one white, instead of all blue. He hates doing it but it means so much to the kids especially Lincoln.

This is our little sled and reindeer that was made and given to us by Spencer's mom I think around the time Peyton was a baby. We put it up every year and I always take a picture of the kids inside the sled. This was Presley's first year in it! Also Santa always brings it inside on Christmas eve to put the presents in. Isn't "she" clever!!


So far we have been enjoying the season! We had a "Grinch" party at my parents house. I made a cheese log for the first time for that. I also made "muddy Buddies" for the first time for our fellow bike patrol families and home teaching families. The last couple of years I've tried to learn how to make at least one thing that I've never made before. I enjoyed both! We've all had this annoying dry cough for the last couple of weeks that now I have the worst of. I don't really feel sick or anything but literally lay awake for hours at night just hacking away! Anyway back to the Season stuff. We had a fun bike patrol Christmas party. We went to Mesquite and ate at a buffet then went bowling. We had a good time! The boys have been bringing home a lot of fun Christmas projects from school and are now off the next two weeks for winter break!!
