"Knotty Jumper"
This is Presley's birthday dress my mom helped me make for her! It is called the "knotty jumper". It was fun to make and not to difficult, however it was time consuming! The skirt is strips of fabric sewn together. I used 8 different fabrics in all. Thanks to Melissa White for sending me the link!
I asked her to hold her dress out so you could see how full it is. She loves to wear this!
