Happy Easter!

Then the kids went outside for a small Easter egg Hunt. Presley being two years old thought this whole thing of getting baskets filled with candy and chocolate bunnies was a fabulous idea! Peyton however has been hearing at school probably by some delinquent that the Easter Bunny wasn't real??? He asked a few times "is he real mom?" Of course he's real! We'll see what happens next year with that???

I always regret leaving the pictures to the last minute on Easter Sunday. This time I regret it because of course we were running late and hurrying to get to church on time and Spence snaps a couple pics of us and then we run to church, hence Spencer not in the pictures with his awesomely matching outfit as well! He had a purple tie and a white shirt on!!




Every year when Easter comes around I really do wonder were theHECK they got Bunnies and candy and eggs from for this special occasion. I however know that the real reason we celebrate Easter is to celebrate the Resurrection of the Savior Jesus Christ. I am truly thankful for the Saviors sacrifice and will forever be indebted to him! We make a point every Easter to teach our children the TRUE meaning of Easter!
